High Speed Internet...It's True?(LOL)

LOL... It seems like a joke, high speed internet in Thailand is 4M. Yes, this's true, it's high speed. We have to pay 600-700 bahts / month to get this speed or around $20 each month. I've signed contact and install this high speed internet, before this I use WiFi, the maximum speed is 1M(LOL)... It's ok for me 1M but I can't watch youtube and TV online and sometime, before raining, almost no WiFi signal and make me upset about that, I can't connect internet if it's raining(LOL).

4M is my dream by now. I can watch video and TV online. Unfortunately, my PC pentium 4 seems work hard due to I got high speed internet onto low technology PC. My PC say to be "Oh, I work hard you give me too much input". What can I do?

I started thinking to buy new PC to match with high speed internet I got. It's just only 4M but my PC say NO!!!.

I still think that 4M is still slower than my expect, don't know what the cause is but thing I have notice is that my PC consume 100% CPU many time.

I'm seeking all-in-one PC, hope this excellent for me, I have limited space and all-in-one PC is the great choice now but still don't know which brand/spec will suite me fine. Let think about this again.

Once everything ok, I hope that. I can boom my job spread the world. LOL.

I can't meet the right technology match with my life now.
